The Mt Buffalo View Apartment lets you experience luxury and style in the vines and the excitement of staying at a working family winery estate.
This accommodation is perfect for small groups and provides ample space to relax, entertain or simply take in the tranquil surrounds of our winery.
The Marsden
The Marsden is the latest addition to our suite of luxury accommodations at Feathertop Private Estate. We have made exceptional use of a space that has some of the best vineyard views and turned it into a beautiful and luxurious retreat nestled on the top level of the winery. It has been named in honour of two cherished people in our winery’s story, Janelle’s parents, Keith and Kerry Marsden.
Whilst The Marsden has been designed with an intimate and luxurious stay for 2 in mind, it can effortlessly accommodate up to four guests. The sumptuous King bed can be split into two and the elegant daybed converts to two additional single beds offering flexibility without compromising on luxury.

The Peggy Adelaide Suite
Accommodation for up to 2 guests.
We welcome you to stay in our luxury accommodation called Peggy Adelaide. This is a spa suite with a luxury king bed, resort style bathroom and luxury outside bath for 2 on the balcony boasting views of the vineyard and Mt Buffalo. The suite has a small kitchenette with microwave, sink, fridge and coffee machine.

Location
The Private Winery Estate is situated one hour drive from the snow fields of Falls Creek and Mt Hotham and a short helicopter flight from Melbourne. Feathertop Winery, your Private Winery Estate, is located in one of the most idyllic settings, with rolling hills, native forest, and an outlook over the alpine peaks of Mt Buffalo. With the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail along the driveway, we are just minutes from the township of Porepunkah and local accommodation whether you are walking, bike riding or driving. The township of Bright is just a 10-minute drive away with so much to do.

Parking
There is plenty of complimentary parking on the estate. Once you have entered through the gates you will find parking to your left adjacent to the vines. Alternatively for Tesla vehicles you can make your way up the driveway and to the right.
Frequently Asked Questions
We understand that you want to savor every moment of your stay, with that in mind check in is 4pm and check out is 12pm, so you can enjoy that slow start to the day. Earlier check ins and later check outs can be arranged if availability allows by emailing stay@feathertopwinery.com.au
Breakfast provisions for each dwelling based on kitchen facilities, as well as a fridge stocked with water and of course wine. There is an abundance of luxury Hunter bathroom products to ensure you relax and unwind during your stay.
Absolutely. If you would like to take a little piece of luxury home with you and very clever stylists at Bright Boutique in Bright will be able to assist you in their homewares shop.
Bright and Porepunkah have an abundance of activities from scaling mountains to a relaxing afternoon of spa treatments and pampering. Your accommodation contact is more than happy to create an itinerary for you to ensure you do everything you desire whilst you’re here and take the hassle of planning away from you.
Yes, depending on your cuisine preference, your accommodation specialist will be able to arrange a beautiful dinner for you in the privacy of your accommodation.
We encourage you to. Going for an early morning stroll through the vineyard or a walk through the golden hour dusk is a must. Just remember that it is a working vineyard so be sure to watch for cars and tractors and remembering that the dividing road between the vineyard is a public road.
