Light and Bright this wine is made for Pinot Drinkers who can appreciate the delicate nature of this variety. Partial whole bunch provides added structure whilst delicate handling throughout the winemaking process provides notes of rambunctious red fruits and forest floor. We’ve popped this in new and seasoned oak to provide a little bit of structure that intertwines well with the zippy acid.
