What’s Included:
Exclusive use of Feathertop Estate, ceremony and reception spaces from 9:00am to 11:00pm on the day of your function.
Exclusive use of Feathertop Estate, vineyard and grounds for photographs on wedding day.
Ability to utilise Feathertop Estate for pre and post wedding day celebrations, such as a welcome dinner or recovery brunch.
3 nights accommodation in Mount Buffalo View Apartment, Peggy Adelaide Suite, The Vineyard Residence and The Marsden (max capacity 20 people).
Buses to and from Bright and Porepunkah to the Feathertop Estate for all guests, with up to 3 pick up locations that are pre determined.
A Feathertop Wedding Concierge team who will provide planning support to you and your planner on all of your wedding requirements in the lead up to your wedding day.
12 month access to Feathertop Private Estate and complimentary private wine tasting for up to 8 people.
Ceremony furniture inclusions include 34 chairs (your choice of style), 1 signing table and 2 chairs. This also includes set up and pack down of any styling elements such as stationery and decor.
Reception inclusions venue space inclusive of signature tables and chairs (your choice of style), for up to 140 guests, gift table, white tablecloths, choice of napkin and cutlery style/colour, stone crockery, Riedel glassware, 1 wine barrel for cake, and fairy/festoon lighting installation for Stone Terrace or Barrel Room dining spaces & outdoor dance floor.
A wet weather options in Barrel Room, Cellar Door or Vault.
Private ceremony rehearsal with your Wedding Planner/Coordinator to ease any pre-wedding day nerves with your wedding party

No not at all. We have a list of pretty great suppliers who we have worked at our venue before, but you are under no obligation to use them.
As long as they are bio- degradable that’s absolutely fine.
11:00pm is what we are licenced until. All music and drinks cease at this time, BUT we assist in helping to arrange an after party, or even a recovery event the day after your wedding to continue the celebrations.
Yes, we can offer Feathertop Private Estate as a dry hire. Meaning you bring everything in but have access to our grounds, facilities and kitchen. This is priced upon application
Yes you will need a wedding planner for your planning in the lead up to your wedding at Feathertop Private Estate and for them to be present on the day.
