Prosecco is a popular Italian sparkling variety commonly produced using the Charmat (tank ferment) method.

This is the Italian version of Champagne and ours is one of only a handful of estate grown, vintage, bottle fermented Prosecco’s produced in Australia.

Flavours of ripe apple and nashi pear are complimented by a hint of lifted floral notes. The palate is fine and delicate with an elegant balance of fresh, ripe fruit characters and long, crisp acidity.
