Description
A little-known variety originating from the foothills of the French Alps, Savagnin has found its’ Australian home in the cool climate of the Alpine Valleys. Our 2021 vintage displays vibrant flavours of citrus, perfumed tropical fruit, green apples and a hint of spice, which leads to a lightly textured palate with fine, delicate acidity. A great match with roasted poultry and lightly spiced Asian dishes.
