Feathertop Prosecco 2019

Made in the traditional method, our Prosecco is one of the only vintage, bottle fermented examples left in Australia. Estate grown Prosecco grapes are hand picked, softly whole bunch pressed and fermented at low temperatures. After secondary fermentation in bottle, the wine spends 9 months on yeast lees before disgorgement. The result is a complex wine displaying vibrant citrus, green apple and pear flavours balanced by zesty natural acidity which leaves the palate clean and dry.
