A fruit forward, and complex take on this variety that’s becoming a favourite amongst those who have a french varietal appreication within the new world wine sphere. This wine has been aged on lees as to provide an added flavour and texture component.
The cooler rippening season saw smaller bunch weights, with flavour robust characteristics that was well suited to the cooler than average season.
