2006 was a relatively early vintage catching most winemakers by surprise. The warmer weather allowed us to produce a Cabernet that was full of life. So much life that we knew it would last for years to come ! We’ve done the aging, so you can drink now.

A medium bodied wine that echos nuances of mulberry, Tabacco box and cherry ripes. There is an acid line that is harmoniously interwoven with chewy tannin structure. This wine boasts all the hallmarks of an aged Cabernet that reaffirms Feathertop’s propensity for aged releases that are few and far between. If you’re looking for some limited release special bottles this is one to not be missed.
