Feathertop are seeking seasoned hospitality stars to join our Experience and Function Team for the busy summer and function season ahead. Previous experience is desired but more importantly great customer service abilities and a passion for food & wine.

To be successful you should possess:
- Hospitality experienced but not essential as full training is provided
- An exceptional customer service focus
- Excellent presentation skills
- Highly motivated team player
- A keen interest in food and wine
- Availability across Friday, Saturday and Sunday’s for daytime and evening work. Extended hours available over the peak period from December 26, 2017

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Feathertop Winery is located in Porepunkah 8kms from Bright at base of Mt Buffalo. We are a multi faceted experience based business incorporating a cellar door, alfresco dining, boutique accommodation, local providore deli, weddings functions and events and winemaking all focused towards our Summit Cru Wine club members.

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to oversee our cellar door, local providore deli and a la carte restaurant and who is passionate about delivering the best possible experience for our guests. As well as being a hands on and a results driven leader, you will:

- have a minimum of 2 years experience as a leader in a similar environment
- be exceptional in customer service with enthusiasm and the ability to empower all staff to follow your lead
- be capable of training all staff, setting KPI's and possess a sound knowledge of food and wine
- have an understanding of rostering, labour and costing controls
- be a self motivated leader who can work in a close knit team
- hold a current RSA

The role requires you to be available for weekends, some evenings, public holidays and extended hours through Victorian school holidays.


You will work closely with our chefs, wedding/events co-ordinator and other stakeholders to create a truly unique experience in a stunning backdrop in the Ovens Valley.
