This is the follow up to our hugely popular 2016 Fiano, which was the first we have produced. As our young Estate grown Fiano is still a year or two away from bearing fruit, we continue to source beautifully grown grapes from one of our local growers. Reflecting the long, cooler vintage we experienced in 2017, this wine is dryer and leaner than its’ predecessor but certainly not lacking in the powerful fruit characteristics Fiano is famed for. Rich and complex flavours of grapefruit, spiced apple and dried herbs lead to a textured palate and a long, dry finish bursting with natural acidity. Will reward some time in the cellar if you have the patience.
