In a short space of time, the Alpine Valleys is becoming the spiritual home of Tempranillo in Australia, mainly due to the varieties’ love of our abundant sunshine and cool nights. Our 2015 Tempranillo was one of our most highly awarded wines of the last 10 years and we have high expectations of our 2016 version. It’s displaying rich, juicy flavours and aromas of ripe raspberries and blackberries, earthy spice and fragrant tobacco leaf which are balanced by vibrant natural acidity. The silky smooth tannins Tempranillo is famous for, leave the palate long and dry. The latest edition of our love affair with Tempranillo will surely not disappoint.

Enjoy with: Charcuterie, game meats, or simply with friends.

Cellaring potential: Drink now – 2027.
